About New Hampshire Family Dentistry

Dr. Sparks and Dr. Johnson have a combined experience of 31 years in dentistry. Both dentists have been a part of the local community for many years, with Dr. Sparks practicing at this location for the past 22 years and Dr. Johnson practicing in Manchester, New hampshire for the past 9 years.

The doctors keep up with the latest techniques and developments in dentistry through continuing education. They offer digital x-rays and imaging throughout the office, as well as some of the newest whitening treatments and orthodontic techniques, like Invisalign. The difference in our practice is that the focus always remains on patient comfort and treatment. Patients are happy to find that we provide almost all treatments on site, allowing for a more streamlined approach to their care.

Dr. Johnson
Dr. Johnson attended University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. She has practiced in NH since 1993. Dr. Johnson has worked closely with the Manchester Health Department throughout the years and organized “Manchester Dentists with a Heart” and the ADA’s “Give Kids a Smile” day for several years. This is a program that local dentists have developed to increase access to dental care. Dr. Johnson is active in the NH Dental Society and the NH Association of Women in Dentistry.

Dr. Sparks
Dr. Sparks graduated from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in 1973 and then attended a General Dentistry Residency in the United States Army, after which he served two additional years at Ft. Leavenworth, Kansas, in the Dental Corp. He chose to settle in the small nearby town of Litchfield, N.H. in 1976 to start a dental practice, raise a family of four and to become involved in the community. In 1988, he started a satellite dental practice in Pine Island Plaza in Manchester, bringing the New England Community values of trust, care, experience and service to others. This philosophy and the merger of his two practices have grown into the present, New Hampshire Family Dentistry. We are here to serve your urgent and long term dental needs and desires in an individual way that is in harmony with your total life.
