The Dental Wellness Plan is a membership savings plan offered directly by New Hampshire Family Dentistry. It is not dental insurance and is not intended to replace dental insurance. Discounts and included services apply only to treatment provided at our Manchester, NH office and cannot be combined with insurance benefits. Membership is valid for 12 months from the date of enrollment and is non-refundable and non-transferable.
