They really do care about giving a great experience for their clients. They are fantastic with their client communication for appointment reminders and any updates on cancellations due to inclement weather. I would also like to mention that I am retired, and on a fixed income, with no dental insurance. I really appreciate their 'Dental Wellness Plan'. It is a very reasonable one-time payment that covers two complete dental exams, two cleanings, one diagnostic X-ray, Full Mouth X-rays every three years, 10% discount on other General Dental treatments and finally, a 20% discount on Bite Appliances. Kim was very professional, 100% customer service, made me feel very comfortable, answered all of my questions and walked me through the entire process from start to finish including the local anesthetic. I highly recommend her to anyone that needs their teeth cleaned, etc. My appointment concluded and experienced very minimal discomfort. Update: It's only been about 2hrs or so, I feel great! Rob M9 April 2025After my previous dentist left and the practice completely changed I decided on New Hampshire Family Dentistry and I do not regret it at all! They grabbed all my records from my previous dentist and the new patient checkin was a breeze. They did a complete intake with me and the hygienist Brittany is absolutely amazing! I have always experienced pain with the probing and even when numbed, she did it pain free with no numbing! She even explained to me in detail with picture the state of my gums and how to rectify the situation! She also helped to get my periodontal maintenances covered by the insurance, something my last dentist never offered to even try. Plus my previous dentist was more expensive on literally everything! Dr. Mandera is kind and helpful, explained things to me honestly and completely and I feel that my mouth and my teeth will be on the road to recovery and I will be happier and healthier for it with an amazing smile.
